With our free online planning tools you can even mark whether guests have bought a gift, what it was and whether you have thanked them - making you look like SuperMum when you get those Thank You cards out promptly after the event.

How it works

Set up your event and manage your guest list using the Guest List Tool in the Members Area.

After the event, you can make a note in the guests' details of any gifts that your child may have received and whether you have thanked them for the gift.  You can view a summary of this by clicking on Gift Tracker (see example below)

Saving and retrieving your Gift Tracker

Your Gift Tracker will be stored for you so that you can retrieve and edit it at any time by logging into your password-protected Members Account.
