| Planning a Christening or Naming Ceremony
Combat "Baby Brain" and keep track of who you have invited to your child's christening or naming ceremony and whether they can come or not by using our Guest List tool. You can even mark whether guests have bought a gift, what it was and whether you have thanked them - making you look like SuperMum when you get those Thank You cards out promptly after the event.
Once you have given your celebration a name in the My Events section of the Members Area (we've called it "Barney's Christening" in the example below), you can start adding guests to your Guest List. Example Guest List for Barney's Christening![]()
As a minimum, each guest needs a first and last name, but you can also store lots of other useful information if you want to:
At any time you can edit or delete a guest using the two symbols in the "Action" column on the right.
To save time, you can make bulk changes to the RSVP status by checking the tick box on the left and using the drop down menu labelled "With selected". In the example above, if the Smith family accepted the invitation you could update them together rather than having to edit each guest individually.
Your Guest List will be stored for you so that you can retrieve and edit it at any time by logging into your password-protected Members Account. Additionally, each guest will automatically be saved to your Address Book. If you have a subsequent event you will be able to save time by adding guests to the new Guest List directly from the Address Book rather than having to type in your guest's details all over again.
