Having a formal lunch for your christening or naming ceremony reception?  Save time  with our Table Planner.  Linked to your Guest List, you can assign guests to tables and easily swap them around to try out different permutations or cope with last minute changes.

How it works

Once you have given your celebration a name in the My Events section (we've called it "Barney's Christening" in the example below), you can set up your tables in the Table Planner. 

Identify each table with a name or number (we've used Bunnies, Ducklings and Kittens in the example below), then add the number of seats for that table.

You can now allocate people from your Guest List (click here for example) to each table.

The Table Planner allows you to easily  see who is allocated to each table and how many unallocated seats there are.  You can also move guests between tables to try out different seating arrangements.

Saving and retrieving your Table Plan

Your Table Plan will be stored for you so that you can retrieve and edit it at any time by logging into your password-protected Members Account.
